You can choose to register for a single session for 1499/- or you could pay for multi-session packages that offer you a lower price per session. These packages are available to you at the time of booking.

Online therapy sessions are conducted via a secure platform on the Internet. This is achieved through real time video conferencing where a licensed professional will have a virtual face-to-face interaction/audio consultation with individuals.

Therapists are properly trained and licensed to provide online therapy, maintain confidentiality, and maintain ethical standards in virtual settings. Online therapy is convenient, cost-effective and easily accessible.

The first few sessions are about introducing yourself and discussing your issues with your therapist.

Longer programs (12 sessions & more) help you understand your symptoms, develop coping mechanisms and get to chalk out a wellness plan with your therapist enabling you to see behavioural changes and experiencing enhanced emotional & physical well being.

The number of sessions depend on several factors, It can be from a single session to several. Generally, 6-8 weeks of therapy is required for a person to start seeing changes in their symptoms.
